Writlyz collects the following personal data:
• Identification data: username, email address and avatar.
• Account data: plan type, selected language, days in the app, last login.
• Content data: projects, texts, notes, images, URLs, descriptions and other elements created by the user.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and anonymised usage analytics.
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe; Writlyz does not store card data.
Writlyz does not collect sensitive data (such as sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs, health data, etc.).
Personal data processing is based on the following legal grounds:
• Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary for providing the contracted service.
• Explicit consent: given by the user upon registration or when submitting contact forms.
• Legitimate interest: improving the service, preventing fraud and maintaining security.
• Legal obligations: tax, consumer or data protection requirements.
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing:
• While the user maintains an active account on Writlyz.
• For the legally required periods in the case of paid subscriptions.
• Data of inactive or deleted users will be blocked for a maximum of 12 months before being permanently erased.
Writlyz does not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
• Essential service providers:
- Supabase (storage and authentication within the EU); FormSubmit (contact-form delivery).
- Stripe (payment processing).
- Hostinger Horizons (hosting and technical analytics).
All of them comply with the GDPR and maintain confidentiality and security agreements.
• Legal obligations: when it is necessary to comply with laws or official requirements.
• Future contests or public features: always on an opt-in basis by the user.
Writlyz adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent loss, unauthorized access or improper disclosure.
These measures include:
• Encrypted connections via HTTPS and TLS.
• Secure storage on servers located in the European Union.
• Authentication using Supabase.
• Internal access control restricted to authorized personnel.

Access to or use of Writlyz implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any part of them, they must refrain from using the Platform.
Writlyz is a web application designed for organizing writing projects, such as novels, scripts or articles.
The Platform allows users to create and manage structured content in sections (characters, notes, plots, chapters, worlds, hypotheses, etc.), which is securely stored using database systems provided by Supabase.
Writlyz is operated and maintained by 3 Birds Tech S.L., which reserves the right to modify, update or temporarily or permanently remove the service, without prior notice, for technical, maintenance or improvement reasons.
Access to Writlyz is free for registered users, although certain features are limited depending on the subscribed plan.
The user undertakes to: use the Platform in a diligent, lawful and appropriate manner; not use the Platform to distribute offensive, illegal or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; not engage in spam, identity theft, massive data extraction or cyberattacks; and respect the integrity of Writlyz software, design and brand.
Writlyz may suspend or delete any account that breaches these rules or represents a risk to security or the community.
To access certain features, the user must register and create an account, expressly accepting these Terms and Conditions at the time of registration.
The user declares to be over 13 years of age with the consent of their legal guardian. To subscribe to paid plans, the user must be at least 18 years old.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using such credentials will be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.
Writlyz offers five service plans: Free, Pro Monthly, Pro+ Monthly, Pro Annual and Pro+ Annual.
Payments are securely processed via the Stripe platform using credit or debit card.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period. The user may cancel automatic renewal from their account at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period, with no right to refund for the remaining time.
Exceptional refunds may be granted only in cases where a human or technical error attributable to Writlyz or 3 Birds Tech S.L. is proven.
All software, source code, design, logos, interface and other visual and functional elements of the Platform are the exclusive property of 3 Birds Tech S.L. Reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of these elements without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Content created by users belongs exclusively to each author. Writlyz does not claim rights over such content nor does it analyze it using artificial intelligence or other automated processes.
Writlyz complies with the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection legislation. Personal data processed include: username, email address, plan type, language, avatar, usage metrics and project content.
Data are stored on secure Supabase servers located in the European Union. Writlyz does not sell or share personal information with third parties. Web hosting is provided through Hostinger Horizons.

Writlyz is provided "as is" and "as available". 3 Birds Tech S.L. does not guarantee service continuity or the absence of errors or interruptions.
The company will not be liable for data loss, direct or indirect damage, or any content generated by users.
3 Birds Tech S.L. may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the Platform or by email.
The Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance. In the event of permanent shutdown, users may request export of their data.
Users under 13 years of age are not allowed to register. Users aged 13 to 17 must have guardian consent. Only users over 18 can subscribe to paid plans.
Offensive language, spam, unauthorized access and harmful behavior are strictly prohibited.
Users can contact support via apps@3birdstech.com. Estimated response time is between 24 hours and 7 business days.
These Terms are governed by Spanish and European law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza (Spain), unless mandatory consumer regulations establish otherwise.
By registering or using Writlyz, the user declares that they have read and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions by ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration.
